Mother's day is different without them near me amd it's so much different now because of what we're experiencing. I hope & pray that wherever we are now, we get to feel the peace from God which "passeth all understanding". We have been experiencing so much mental and emotional struggles these days (on top of the financial struggles, too) but let's always claim God's promises in the Bible. One of those many promises is this...

I'm still a work in progress spiritually (even if I've been saved for a long time already). Today is one of the better days and I'm thankful to God for that. I just don't want to overthink on things I don't have control of... like how I can bring the boys here with us, or when will this pandemic end, or what's going to happen next after these, or how can we move to a better place with a little land area where we can start to grow our food and bring Khaki with us, or how can I help K financially now when we only get connected through my mobile data, and the lists can get on and on. Before I can start overthinking on these things, I try my best to stop thinking about anything. Like what my yot said, mag breathing exercise mi. Then talk to God, claim His promises and even sing a few hymnal songs in my head until I feel better. Not easy. It's always a struggle since I'm not a positive or optimistic type but "with God nothing shall be impossible". And I have my tribe; we help each other get through the day. ♥

Etsy Shop is Live | Re-release of Two Digital Products

HI+HELLO.

Popping up here to share to you that my Etsy shop is back. I opened an Etsy shop last 2018 with only one listing, a calendar I doodled for 2019, and then forgot about it since then. I didn't have any chance to design again with "real" life that's keep on happening to us. But because of this pandemic that we are going through and mandatory home quarantine is required for our safety, I now have a chance to repackage some of my old Iscrap by Ing digital scrapbooking products and slowly re-release them as PaperMerry products. 

And for this year, I decided to re-release my Mother Kit and Pagemaker 01 just in time for Mother's Day this weekend. I designed them as two separate mini kits from 2013 and 2014. While the page maker was created in 2014 along with the Mother minikit2. They are live now on my Etsy shop and I hope you'll get to purchase them, too.

Thank you for reading all the way here. Below, is a little personal but shared it anyway. It helps when you release it through writing... 

Hoping to re-release a few more by the end of this month. Some days are better and there are days that I'm just struggling to get through. I just kept on calling on God and kept asking Him for peace in my heart. But trying my best to always claim God's promises in whatever circumstances we are in. Let's pray for each other. Let's pray we all get through this soon. On a lighter note, I am creating a new freebie for you soon.

My other reason for re-releasing my old digital scrapbook kits is to help K financially. Since our project proposals were put on hold because of the Covid19 crisis, we don't have other sources of income except for K's part-time job in the academe. I'm hoping and praying that through this, we could sustain our family's needs and our payables until we could go back working with our projects again. However, if this getting back to digital designing paves a new way for me to create an income, then, I think I would still be creating on the sidelines. I really hope this works. Please include us in your prayers... Thank you.

MARCH 2017 PROJECT LIFE PAGES | PPSUAE BLOG POST

This is my last post for PPSUAE as a design team member and I want to express my utmost gratitude to Pretty Paper Studio and Neelu for this two year opportunity. THANK YOU TO THE NTH POWER.

Finally, after four years of being at the crossroad of staying or moving on, we have decided to move on. We're leaving UAE for good to be with our boys whom we have brought home to the Philippines two years ago. Having mixed emotions; feeling anxious, sad, and excited. But, unlike the past years that I felt petrified every time we talked about it, I feel more at peace now and excited. I believed that feeling at peace than scared made me more secure about this huge decision. We’re leaving everything to God as we’ve always done. Hoping and praying that things will work out for us in Philippimes.

I may not be based here in UAE anymore and I may not be a part of a PPS design team, but I will always be around to support PPS (true). I will try to stay online when time permits and whenever there’s a good internet connection available. See you around the web and social media.
